Passion for Pets Rescue (PPR) is a non-profit, fully insured and state licensed rescue, run by volunteers. They rescue dogs & puppies from high kill shelters in the South and bring them to Maine to find loving permanent homes. PPR does not have an actual shelter, all of their dogs are either in foster homes in Maine or with their Southern partners in Mississippi.
